Video Player needed! - Like Youtube

Hello,
I need a flash video player created.
I need the player skinned to my liking, and a way of uploading videos and having them play in the video player.

All I need is the ability to load each uploaded video into a player so that the user can press play pause rewind it etc.
The uploaded video will be the usual avi,mpeg etc.
