Looking for a flash player.

Hi all.

Just after a bit of advice, does anyone know where I might find a flash player (like the YouTube/MySpace/blip.tv/dailymotion.com) preferably for free but also willing to pay.

I have found one that looks like it might be very good called Flash Video Player but I was wondering if anyone knew of any others.

Needs the ability for people uploading to be able to convert .wmv .mov MPEG etc. etc. into .flv

Any help appreciated as always. :tu:

I use any pack of program who grab video from youtube and save to disk (vcd,dvd...)
