Hey!
I have decided to put up 1VG.net up for sale. The site is fairly new, launching on July 1, 2005. It receives about 6 visits per day, with absolutely no promotion. I have Adsense running on the site, but due to the lack of traffic, the revenue is minimal to none. This site is completely turnkey. The cheats are automatically updated through a third party, and currently there are over 44,000 cheats, covering almost 14,000 games. I have also set up a news feed so that the latest video game news is displayed on the homepage, and the news page. What you will get with the sale:
-1VG.net domain name registered at Godaddy, until May, 2006
-The complete website (Content, template, and all files)
-Free hosting for up to 2 months
A few things to keep in mind when buying this site:
-I have sold a similar website which now has over 5000 pages indexed in Google, which this site can obtain as well once the Googlebot fully indexes the site
-The domain name is very short, only 3 characters, which is fairly rare. I have used it as an abbreviation for #1 Video Games, but you could change that if you wish. The domain alone has been appraised at mid $xx.
I am looking for offers above $30, with a BIN at $100. I'll take offers until August 10th, 2005 at 8:00 PM EST, or until the BIN is met. All payments will be through PayPal, and must be made within 48 hours of the sale ending. There is a hidden reserve, but it is very low.
