It found it almost impossible to find decent regular priced .VIDEO and .SALE after GA. Just as I predicted as it is Rightside. However I ended up with 5 .VIDEO and 0 .SALE:

I like two of them:

- Traveler .video
- Ibiza .video

I kind of regret the other three:

- Road .video
- 1000 .video
- Beverlyhills .video

Did you register any?

yeah I would agree there was a lack of good ones, looks like with every new zone released it is getting harder and harder to get decent ones.

I checked so many keywords and most of them got premium pricing. Some of them are mid $xx,xxxx. These are yearly renewal fees too.

I did too. I checked +2500 keywords and only came up with the ones I already mentioned.

I totally agree. Up to $60,000 annually feels ridiculous. .CLUB are selling their best from a few thousand up to 150,000 (or similar) and then you will only have to pay the $10 renewals. Way to go!

funny.video is an excellent name for $30, but are you sure it's not a misspell or a mistake from a registrar?

Whois doesn't show any record for the domain, plus both eNom and Uniregistery have this domain available for purchase at a cool $60k and $55k, respectively. Same results with wedding.video.

I wish you best of luck, because they are excellent names and if you have them registered already, then you deserve them!

i have to say i registered them yesterday with my registrar Hostnet.nl
I have already paid, but status is still in progress

normally is don't have any problems registering the new gLtd's with this registrar, some i am guessing these will go the same way.

if the names weren't available i guess my registrar wouldn't let me pay for it would they ?
Let's hope for the best....

I checked the funny and wedding keyword to register on May 7 and they were not available. I checked on Uniregistry and Name.com.
