Hmm, personally I would pay around the $XXX.XX area, and that might even be to much. It doesn't seem pronoucable, but you could make a site relevant to the domain I'm sure, two words starting with V than H with Do.
it ends in "O" what gives a plus to it ("O" is a great letter in the end of acronyms as it can be "online"), so you have VHD Online dot com and, much probably, is easier to find the so desired end-user to a good sale
Pretty good especially with the triple premium and the "hd" in the middle which gives rise to numerous acronyms.
HD stands for "hard-disk" which is very commonly used and could mean a much higher value for this domain.
V is a semi-premium and the name ends wiht O which only heightens the already heightened value
I'd say $175-$200 or so.
VHD = Virtual Hard Disk
Also, from Wikipedia: "VHD is a videodisc format which was marketed predominantly in Japan by JVC. VHD stands for Video High Density, and there was also an audio-only variant, appropriately called Audio High Density."
