Hmmm how do you come up with 4-digit figures. Very few .cc domains sell for high amounts. England.cc recently sold for $600.
In light of market conditions it would be more reasonable to appraise at low $$$ each. You need to find a really motivated buyer if you want to sell higher than that IMO. I think Eleven is the best of the lot as it's quite brandable. Good luck.

Currently the only .cc domains that are consistently in the mid-high $xxx, at times in the low $x.xxx are NN|LL|NL|LN .cc (2 character). and even then you're going to have to get lucky. I wish .cc would take off, i could need it, too.

In regards to your domains, they are all in the mid - high $xx range. Even the clinton one, regardless of the upcoming campaigns, isn't worth much more. .cc is more widely used in Europe for some strange reason.
