Today, I was sitting in my room, and I heard a series of explosions. I am just right across the river from Cincinnati, OH, and usually it is either thunder or fireworks. Knowing it was going to be a fairly nice day, I went with the Reds hitting a home run (SURPRISING THEY CAN ACTUALLY DO THAT EH?). And went about my business as if nothing happened. And also, CVG airport is close, so the sound of low flying jets isn't too abnormal neither.
Apparently, the explosions were a building being demolished close by. This scared me because if we were to get bombed, I would play the plane sounds off as low flying jets taking off/landing, and the explosions as fireworks, when in all actuality, my life could be in grave danger! This is very startling!
