What be the purpose of such actions?

Do you need to find the details of the domain owner? Try www.who.is

Or do you already have this, and what to verify if are dealing with the owner? If this is the case, try sending an email to the email listed in whois for the domain. Perhaps call the number listed in whois.

But I don't know why you need to do this, so I think you should say something appropriate when you do contact the owner via email or telephone.

When you visit the web name: example.com, is the name developed? If it is, it would probably not be for sale.

Is it parked? If it's parked, is there a for sale sign and offer form? You could make an offer this way.

If there is no way to contact the owner through the page, perhaps the domain name does not even resolve, then find the contact details for the owner via whois, and make an offer via email.
