Thinking there is some branding potential in these 5 letter names. I figured I could list these on brandbucket...

soxzo.com
bejly.com
vegzo.com
nixzo.com

I am still quite new to this however. Thoughts?

Hey maybe I should have commented in here before commenting in the todays reg domain thread. Check out my available expired domain thread every day for more names like the aforementioned Yomly.com.

Full disclaimer though, I am still trying to figure out brandables. The domains on that list are domains I think would be brandable but I didn't chose to limit myself to other domains instead. Maybe your domains listed are easier for somebody from another country besides the USA, but I don't see them as very easy to pronounce or distinguish.

Thanks for the feedback, yeah i just responded in the other thread. Here is my thinking when I registered the domain:
BeJly.com - pronounced Bee Jelly, or something to do with 'being jealous'
VegZo.com - Something to do with fresh produce or organic veggie boxes
NixZo.com - A Unix blog or info site
SoxZo - A webstie to sell trendy handmade socks or a sock blog.

My question would be are domains ending with ZO that brandable? It would be nice to know which 2 letter endings sell the best on places like BrandBucket. I know ly is all over brandbucket, but a lot of them are one word domains with the expensive .ly extension.

The evidence that names with a ZO suffix might be brandable came mainly from this article posted in 2013.
tldinvestors.com/2013/07/brand-bucket-sales-inside-the-numbers.html

I realize that article is old but I thought some of the info might still hold. I basically generated a list of ~17000 5 letter domain names that are not registered and that end with the following suffixes:
['oo', 'sy', 'us', 'ia', 'er', 'ad', 'es', 'cy', 'ee', 'ed', 'en', 'ar', 'fy', 'or', 'ty']

Now I have been going through them on my spare time trying to pick "brandable" names. A lot of guess work though.

I've also cross referenced about 8000 with googles keyword tool and there are a few with ~1000 avg monthly searches. One even has 2400 monthly searches. Would that effect the value of these domains?

I stand corrected.
Thank you for sharing that link. That's the kind of data I've been looking for! Monthly searches can definitely be an indicator of value, or it could be an indicator that you are a typo of an existing domain. Feel free to PM me a list of potentials and I'll be happy to let you know if anything sticks out. You'll have my word I won't register any of the domains you send me without your permission, as long as you wouldn't mind doing the same for my list.
