I think this name by itsself would probably only bring mid $xx wholesale, low$xxx end-user.
But... I think it's an excellent name for development. There are tons of things you can do with it.
You could have a place where people discuss how to go about getting different comps at different casinos, the rules and how-tos of different types of games, any discounted stay promotions at hotels that may be going on, hotel reviews, etc.
Possibilities are endless.

"Build it and they will come" I'd go there. That name is perfect for it.
