would you say the domains are better for a search engine or parking site?

Reg. fee+ each/any/both, IMHO (undeveloped). First one perhaps as a "Search Engine", second one as either a domain "Registration" or "Reselling" site, in my view.

Best of Luck.

Yes ... if :imho: it is, in fact, worth Reg. fee! 8^X

Naturally.

..see this link here Jeffypoo:

http://www.afternic.com/name.php?id=558149

this is when it was sold early this year before the old owner lost it....I am not saying it worth more or less but surely and definitely alot more than reg fee...you probably would say all my domains are reg fee...which in essence all domains are until they are sold for more, as this domain has been. thankx anyways... ;)

Before the old owner "lost" it?
So, the Buyer paid $399.00 and then allowed it to lapse thereafter?

Also, is there verification from Afternic that the Escrow/transfer actually completed in a smooth and orderly fashion?
Thanks for the clarifications.

yup....guess he/she accidently or maybe purposely let it drop..I hand regged it from Deleteddomains the other day when it dropped...nobody caught it

The Domains in the sold section are only completed transactions that afternic got paid commissions on... Just an afterthought... :hehe:

He seems to be on the mark to me as well Chris ~

urlhop.com is the only one with any Mktlp Linking = 2 (Both are Non-English FFA Sites)
No real Search Value in Either one -
They are Short and Somewhat Brandable which Brings them to the Reg Fee --> Low xx$ Range at most to me as well. If they were Developed at least a little (Past or Present) or if Marketed to the right End User ~ Maybe more .... Even on Ebay - If you write a decent Ad/Presentation You can get a few bites on Short Names with no Legal issues -

You notice were not saying 0.00 - Don't Ya ? - There are now millions of Short Brandable Domains in the Market with Various Extensions (Though .com will always Rule !!! )

Good Luck with it ~

Sorry to say, I'm ~really~ not into names with "i" and "e" in them.

I think URLhop has potential, especially as a parking service; High $XXXX, if developed.

Shame if that's the case. Unfortunately, I've done the same thing before -- paid $xxx for a name and later decided it wasn't even worth the cost to renew.

Appraisal = no inherent premium value in either. Three word domains are a tough sale, and 'URL' is too "techie" of an acronym for widespread development.
