Vbulletin template + header

Anyone familar with doing so-- if so I need a vbulletin template designed for TALKNBA.com not up yet.. I want a simple board scheme, but with a superior look. I want an amazing header/logo that makes you want to check out the site.

To get some interst, you'd probably want to higher that $50 a bit. Good quality vb skins now go for around $300.
