This needs to be a quick sale because i need the money to buy textbooks for university.

Once you have a valid vbulletin license, you can simply enter the vbulletin.com's member's area to download the latest version.

Yea as mrdomainman mentioned namepros is using vbulletin too. However they don't have the latest version on here, if you want to see the latest version of Vbulletin go to vbulletin.com and click on forum
