As a moderator of the for sale and advertising forum, Joe has to verify that the vbulletin license is allowed to be sold. This is for buyer protection and verification comes directly from a member of staff at vbulletin.com via Joe - unfortunately it does take time for them to respond. You should not transfer any money to the seller until confirmation from Joe, the moderator.

It is his responsibility to verify the license.

I am very aware of why he does what he does, I verify licenses for myself all the time, plus members of my own forum, I am very capable. I don't see the harm and don't see rules against me verifying something for myself instead of waiting if it's not already been done so.

I would not pass over money to anyone, period, without verification, which again, I am capable of, I can also read and see Joe was going to verify it, but I don't have time to wait when I can do it myself, thanks!

In the case of someone selling a license on a server, vbulletin will not verify the license unless you are a member of staff. I believe they require you to have a @communityaddr.com email.

If you wish to purchase this license, you are going to have to wait for vbulletin to get back to Joe - a moderator of the community which vbulletin are happy to inform if the license can legally be transferred - who will then be happy to post the license for sale.

rianvisser should also not give you their details (if they have), license information should be looked after carefully.
