I need a really nice vB skin for a new web hosting forum I am making.

Style:
I want the forum to look very sleek and cool looking. I also need a logo that is simple and brandable. I will leave up most of the design aspects up to the designer. However, I want the design to be fluid and not be too big, to maximize usability. I would also like the theme to be easy to edit (nav links as text, etc...)

Function:
I need the following features:
Top Banner
Bottom Banner
Left or Right Sidebar on index page
Template must be coded
