vB Skin Needed! (Will pay)

SportsFanFest.com is looking for a new vB Skin. I want our homepage and forums to match. But I am not happy with the skin/front page look at all.

We're essentially looking for:
- Simple logo without professional athletes (Ex. Barry Bonds, Tom Brady in banner)
- Banner that fits the homepage (730x99 Pixels)
- Extremely professional and attractive design.
- Optimization of ad placement (Google Ads)

That's really all. I'm leaving colors, design, look and feel up to the designer.
