VB Database problem

Hi

I had saved a copy of my VB database directly from VB control panel to my server (site root).

Later, the running database was deleted partly in error.
Now I want to restore the database to my vbulletin site but am unable to do so from the vb.sql file.

My VB also has some hacks installed already, anyone who is an expert in database installation please PM me. It is just a few minutes job for the experienced hand. Please mention what you will charge, if anything, for this job!
