Morph, I believe there is a 3 month mortorium on selling a vbulletin license after purchase.

Tom, sorry for the delay in posting....I've been away from the computer most of the day. I heard back from vBulletin Staff and this is a valid license but it's not eligible for transfer until February 1, 2006.

Direct from vB Staff:

That info is valid but this license is not eligible for transfer until Feb 1, 2006.

You may wait until then to sell it or if it's fine with the buyer then sell it now and just wait until the 1st to transfer it...
