Vanity Yelp URL?

I don't know how long this has been around, but I just signed up for yelp and noticed a vanity url button. I am now at domain.yelp.com. If you type this in it goes to my new profile but it's a redirect only, not a permanent url.

Anyone notice this before? Anyone reading this on a Friday night?
