domain Values on zip codes? Just got 16137.com

The zip is for Mercer, PA, a not particularly big city of a few thousand people, but is located in the county of the same name, and the zip does get some Overture results, albeit not many (32). Any thoughts on value?

Now 90210.com --- that would be worth 25k-50k+

it was purchased for more than $15,000 and less than $20,000. I was in negotiations to purchase it form the owner just before Marchex purchased.
