I've just not seen .sg, I assume the market is nascent, probably launched within the last year or so.
It takes a little while for locals to get used to first level ccTLDs (.in v/s .co.in) whereas the second level ccTLD (.com.sg in this case) seems to have been in use before.
Hence will take local business 2-3 yrs to understand the value of .sg, which will lead to sales and improvement in value. It might even be faster, everyone speaks english in sg. Even though the target audience is small in absolute terms against say .in
I also assume that in Singapore ass means the same as anywhere else, have been there twice but never felt the need to as(s?)k someone.
Generic adult names are worth a shitload, not my area of expertise though, have 0. Plus its an LLL.sg, pronounceable, dictionary word, premium letters, adult. Bound to increase in value over time, just like good wine.
