Two things: Overture count shows searches done in Yahoo!, not MSN ... and it's the count for the Month not per day.

That said, it is a good domain, though the plural of song would be better - Overture ignores the S, but SEs don't necessarily and I think the search term would be "download free songs".

I'd still say this is worth low xxx at least.
