I have listed it for sale but I don't get visitors. I get hardly 2-3 visitors per day.

That's fine, you're not running a lemonade stand.

Hi

your expectations are too high.

nobody is sitting around waiting for you to register a domain and then pay you $29k for it….

especially when they could have registered it long before you even found out about domain names

the cvcv desirability in .com, does not automatically extend to other extensions, unless it’s a word, acronym or some trending term, and even then, can be limited to extensions that “fit” with the term.

with the registration fee being 8 x’s the cost of .com, that limits the range of “speculative patterns/categories” that domainers/investors will invest in.
unless there is lots of hype and propaganda to stimulate a buying spree, like web3

imo….

I agree. But if we look at previous scenarios like in 2020-22 people were saying only ai or tech related words will have demand. Then after chatgpt launch, people were saying any one word dictionary word has demand. Then currently saying LL.ai have demand because of scarcity of two letter domains. Now I'm thinking what will people say in 2027-28 ? I want your opinions on this topic.

Hi

people might say anything to get you to believe, so they can sell you the names that they tell you, are trending

also depends on which person or group of people you follow, who you are influenced by.

personally I think a lot of unsold .ai names will not get renewed in 2027

the supply exceeds the demand outside of reseller sales to other domainers.

by 2027, companies can just say “ai powered” and won’t need .ai to imply that.

imo….
