Your design is fine; nice and clean. I'd add a favicon, though.

But you need to give more specifics about your services. How much space do you offer for free? How much space to get with a premium account?

What's the difference between this file hosting service and others? Why would I use you when I can use Flickr or Picasa or Photobucket? Those are established services that have been around for a long time and I know that my photos will always be there.

Those are the kinds of questions you need to answer if you want more people to sign up.

Thanks for the feedback, also for free users they can upload upto 1GB shown on homepage, as for premium users it is unlimited (FAQ page).

I know their may be lots of competition out their, but why not give it a try?
