I forgot to mention it's an acronym for more than 140 different institutions/businesses and all other tlds are taken

Low/mid $xxx. If I was selling it I'd probably go for $250-350 USD.
It's a nice .info.

I think you're getting low-balled ;)
Wholesale now closer to $500, but you need to wait on an end user, :imho: .
Be wary of your use of the domain name between now and then so as not to set up a cheaper avenue of procurement via UDRP than by buying it from you.
End user - $3k to $5k

Really nice three letter .info names with all great letters. I would say at least Mid $xxx in resale market, much more to an end user (possible Low $xxxx)

USP can stand for Unique Selling Proposition, I'd say mid $xxx

Thanks for all the feedback guys, specially to the ones that, as me, see that the value of this domain can be around low-mid $xxxx...if sold to an end user...

I still have a question...
I've read here at NP that a good strategy to sell a name like this is to send an e-mail to the owners of all other extensions (usp.*) letting them know it's for sale...
Doing this or maybe even sending an e-mail to all institutions and companies whose acronym is usp would be illegal?...
What would be the limit here between promoting my name and the possible wrong interpretation of cybersquating...?
What could be a secure and smart strategy to sell this name to an end user...??

Thank you!!!

good 3 letters name, I’m sorry I can't answer your question but be aware with the letter that you will write

I don't think USP is cyber squatting because there are many other uses for it.

yep do both, email companies, and owners of .coms , .nets

see who pays the highest, and get your big sale.
Good Luck :)

I really need to be sure I won't get into any kind of trouble doing this,
even though USP is such an universal acronym

Contacting the USP tm holders? Bad idea typically.

"IBM" is universal, but if you owned "IBM.sc", for example ( ;) ) , and sought out the main TM holder to sell it to, that would be, imho, something pointing towards "bad faith".

Dangerous ground.

Yeah...I also feel it could be a bad idea...
But what about sending e-mails to USP institutions that don't have a tld...?
I know they are also tm holders...but otherwise....they will never know usp.info is for sale...and these people are the end users....
