Java is a trademark so that may cause you an issue. Try to get a refund IMO

I bought it at Godaddy Closeout so I am not sure if I can get a refund. What is the best way to know if it has a trademark issue?

I found some java usage patents on uspto.gov (United states patent and trademark office) plus there is this www6.uniovi.es/java-http/trademarks.html . Anyway, it seems like that after paying and receiving the receipt, the domain name was not given to me and got a full refund. Not sure why, but as far as I understood, in GoDaddy closeouts, the previous owner has a time frame in which he/she can renew the domain even if it has been already bought.

Update: Today I received the domain name, so I am now the owner of UsingJava.com (again, I do not know what happened) . As you mentioned earlier, it can have a trademark issue. The question is, should I just list the domain for sale as I previously wanted or do you think I should e-mail Oracle first asking them about the trademark?
