Trademark issue

Hi,

I recently bought UsingJava.com and I am not sure if I can sell it or not as there is a patent for Java. Would there be any trademark issues when trying to sell it? If yes, what should I do? I don't know if I can get a refund on it as I bought it at a Godaddy Closeout.

Nevermind, it seems like after paying, I didn't receive the domain and got a refund. Not quite sure why.

WHen a domain is at closeout stage there is still a small window for the origional registrant to renew their registration. Thats when you are given a refund.
