I think is a nice meaning but I don't see much value in it. So I was said $0 :D, but I edited my appraisal because maybe someone like it for some idea and is willing to pay for it

I really think you shouldn't build it in the case you think has not much value, only do it if you has a good plan or feel atraction to build a site there

So this is not an appaisal, just my opinion

I think in the case you are not attracted to develope it, you could try to sell for whatever price or let it expire and focus in develop a site when you are very convinced and with a clear plan

i like to develop this but before that just wanna hear any feedback or maybe if the price of selling it is good enough then why i shouldnt sell it and of course im a little curious about the price
