Would definitely make for a nice free to low-cost file hosting site. I wouldn't shoot specifically for image hosting, given the generality of the name.
Definitely a nice find.

I'd say mid $xxx to low $x,xxx if you find the right buyer.

Wow, nice catch. Looks like it had been regged and then got dropped ...

I'd say it's resale would be about $200 easy... much more if you find someone like imageshack, photobucket, etc.
