Why other is posting the same domain for appraisal?

For $200, I think you should take it. For end user, it can be $xxx to $xxxx. But for reseller, probably mid $xx.

Of course, the longer you wait, the most opportunities you may get, but there may be no more offer at this price.

Yeah, that's always a risk. I'm going to have to think about it. If I had plenty of time, I'd no doubt try and develop something.

It seems like this is a good domain for long term keep. After couple years, it may appreciate many times in value.
