Usercash? Anyone tried it

is usercash.com for real? i came across a link and checked the site...but i am not 100% convinced that its real...anyone usiing it/ got paid from it?

If it does pay,
$1 every 9999 for top frame redirects and $1 every 3999 for landing page
its not really worth to join..

not a very good site.. not recommended @ all... poor rating... use adsense instead... good $$$
