domain User thoughts on premium handshake domains eg. ai.oo

Wanted to ask anyone's thoughts on values of some premium handshake domains:

ai.oo​

business.ioi​

leads.creator​

I'm holding a number of, what I would classify as, premium domains in this area.

So, wondering what people think about values of the above three right now?
Maybe versus 1 to 3 years from now, if anyone is game to make a prediction ?

The keywords of your domain names are well chosen.

However, I don't believe that Handshake domains have any potential.
I would rather look for providers in Web3 that grow quickly, don't charge renewal fees and focus strongly on user-friendliness, e.g. Freename.
