US Army Declares Twitter "Potential Terrorist Tool"

The U.S. Army is flagging the popular blogging service Twitter as a potential terrorist tool, the Agence France-Presse news agency reported Sunday.

A recently released report by the 304th Military Intelligence Battalion contains a chapter entitled “Potential for Terrorist Use of Twitter,” which expresses concern over the increasing use of Twitter by political and religious groups, the AFP reported.

“Twitter has also become a social activism tool for socialists, human rights groups :p , communists, vegetarians :notme: , anarchists, religious communities, atheists 8-X , political enthusiasts, hacktivists and others to communicate with each other and to send messages to broader audiences,” according to the report.

“Twitter is already used by some members to post and/or support extremist ideologies and perspectives,” the Army report said.

Every social groups have such element and if you will open Facebook and their communities than you will find those groups which directly attacks other religion as well. So if they are able to contact you than these are their disadvantages as well.

As for the fight on terrorism, it will never end by that definition.
Watch the movie ' BRAZIL ' . It is a great movie, great actors (done with part of the Monty Python crew)
They get to the point that terrorist bombings happen so often, that when one blows up part of the resturant they are eating at, the waiter brings a folding blind to setup to hide the bodies and chaos(while people hurt are still on the ground and military police come in, lol -sic) and continues to take their order.
