URL Shortening Script

Hi, I am looking for a URL shortening script. I want one where you can either put in a custom URL (eg. mysite.com/url or just a random one (eg. mysite.com/4rg5r). Would prefer it had some sot of admin panel to check stats, delete urls etc but it is not vital.

I would like one for under $20, but would be willing to go to $50 or just above.
