URL shorten webpage developer.

I want to make another URL shorten site, but I don't have the time to.
If someone is willing to install one of the free scripts which are out there and putting the 2-3 images I will give, PM with your price.
Just to make it as simple as that, here a paint of how my webpage should be look/work.

p.s. I dont have hosting yet, so no "technical" restrictions.
