Simple Webpage Designer Needed

Ok everyone I'm really new to the whole domain trading and everything but well on my first day (First like 30 minutes actually) I got an extremely good one, I have no idea how I got it but I did, and well I made it and bought the 1 year domain thing from Domain.com. But now when I try to search for the webpage nothing comes up. But where it list my websites on my Domain.com account it shows it right their. So can someone help me as far as that goes, and then I need a simple web design (Only 1 page) it'll be super simple but I want it to look respectable and have some ads on the side. Sorry if this isn't in the right section but I didn't see like a help section, thanks.
