Urgently need a Custom Vbulletin module. $$$

Im urgently seeking a developer to work on a vbulletin module for me which will be a highly customizable Guild Application form.

Please do not recommend other modules similar to this request as they do not meet my requirements, i have tried every single one and they are noware near as customizable as i require.

Currently looking at around $200 for the developer or more can be discussed.
