CuteNews Bridging to vBulletin 3.7

Hello;

I'm looking for an experienced PHP developer to have all users for the CuteNews script to come from vBulletin, but only users from a certain usergroup. This would thus require them only to be logged into the forums to access Cute News (no two logins). I need this to work with the latest vBulletin 3.7 build.
