Urgent solve my problem plz

Hai,
I am a domain reseller from India. I am under Directi.com. Now directi has changed name to PublicDomainRegistry.com. I have registered PublicDomainRegistry.biz i have renewed till 2008.

I asked Directi that whether I can use PublicDomainRegistry.biz they said NO because their company website name is similarto PublicDomainRegistry.com(Directi) PublicDomainRegistry.biz(Myself).

Now what to do Can i sell this domain in open market (like sedo...).I also said that to directi that i can sell this domain(PublicDomainRegistry.biz)to them for $100-$200. Is my opinion right for me to sell this domain to directi for $100-$200. But I got reply fron directi that :::

Either

Or
> agree to Transfer this domain name to us and we will only compensate you the cost of the domain name registration.

So what to do now can i give this domain back to directi for just $21 (for 3 years registration) or can i challenge them and face legal action.

If I do so i am afraid that they will breach my reseller account.

Even in India a lawyers notice will cost them about $25 so I think maybe 50 dollars is a fair price.

If I were in your position I would donate the domain to them and win some goodwill in exchange [since you are already their reseller.]
