Urgent SnapNames Issue!?!

I am trying to place a domain on backorder at snapnames. The domain shows up in my search, I click "Back-order Now" but it does not go into my list of back-ordered domains. I click on another domain and that one does go into my list, the problem is the one I want will not go into the list.

I can choose any other domain but not this one, and, when I search for the exact domain and it comes up, again, when I choose it and click back order it simply will not go into my account...

What gives??

It is not normal case but are you sure that the domain going to be expired? If it already expired one or two days ago, you will be not able to add it to your account.
In this case if you search through whois result, you will see the domain is pending deleted since the server need 24-72 hours to show you the correct result.

It shows up in an advanced search using todays date...

And I just added it to my list of backorders on Pool...

I think snapnames system may have a few bugs - I have backordered a name and it dropped two days ago - I am in a bid for it with one other person - but it still shows as if you can add it to your backorders ??

I have never seen this before - usually it does not show once it has dropped.

I have had a similar problem before. I have back ordered a domain and then a week later I went to check on the status of it and it was no longer in my account that I backordered it.
