Ok guys heres the crack.
I set up www.BirminghamForums.co.uk yesterday, gained 12 Members from type ins (Must have been type in cos i didnt even promote it) i woke up this morning and the database was gone! Which left me in some serious crap.
I worked for nearly 24 hours non stop getting the board set up and customizing it and the stupid host went down. The uptime is terrible. If go to my site now you will see theres yet again another database error.
I need 500MB webspace and 10GB bandwidth. It will exceed that in a few months but if your host is reliable i will purchase more if and when needed. In exchange you will get a sponsor ad at the footer of the Forum. eg.
Of course it can say whatever you want it to say.
The website is expected to get 1000's of uniques weekly as its a community forum for the Birmingham Area, take a look at www.sheffieldforum.co.uk for an example of a large community forum, and sheffield is no were as near as big as birmingham. By the way i mean UK birmingham not alabama birmingham lol.
Is anyone able to provide hosting for us? I look forward to replies.
