Free Hosting with No Ads Needed ...

I am looking for a free hosting solution that has no ads on any pages and is reliable. I need something that has atleast 20MB of diskspace (no more than 50mb is needed) also i need the option to host my own domain name using their nameservers.
If you know of any good places i can work with please let me know because i am having trouble finding a good one.

Hello I don't think you're ever going to find reliable, free hosting.

How about looking at cheap hosting?
