same hosting but i change my passwd at cpanel!

It's a MySQL problem.

Check that the password is ok. Most importantly, check that your database is cpanel-account-login-id_database-name and not just _database-name

Same for MySQL user.

Did you check that your password and db name are correct? Can you get to the database from cpanel?

I fixed the database but it looks like the either the index.php file or the database is corrupted.

I backup and restored but it did not help. Reload the index.php file.

Somebody please help him. I need to hit the bed so I can go to the office tomorrow.

As described in the PM, I got onto FTP but discovered the mess - seems that at least 2 sites have been installed to the same directory? And at least one mysql database is not around?
