little about the site: this site allows your members to upload files to share with there friends. I run this site on its own server to make sure i have plenty of space and BW u can look at awstats to view the BW usage. Also i have a guy coding a custom script which has allready been paid for. Just waiting on him to make a few more edits to it. The script the site is currently using is unique and was custom coded.

when i purchased this site it was sold under the terms that it was original. I have allready paid via rentacoder.com for a new custom script with more features and a new layout to be coded this guy doing the work has made several popular sites just like mine. And lik i said this has allready been paid for and the work is being done now in a test directory.

also thank you for pointing that out to me i had no idea. I dont navigate template sites to have that knowledge

Can you post this work. If you are going to expect $1K bids you need to lay down pretty much the entire sites history aswell as other important fact.

When comparing stats SS to Revenue SS. It doesn't match. On Jan 1st. AWStats says 265 Unique and 583 Hits and only 2K Page views. Why does stats say there was over 8K hits.

Something doesn't match up. It is stats to revenue.

I don't mean to be bashing. If I am wrong I am sorry. I am just trying to get this straight. The site makes 1K a month. Has a (possible) ripped TM template. a pr of 2? It just doesn't add up.

reason I ask is if you are making 6K a month with this baby, and you are willing to sell it at 1K...a red flag goes up for me. Just want to make sure I get the whole story of the site and why you are selling...as long as it is important to the site. Not trying to pry or anything...just want to try and find out ?why?

there are no issues with the site but i did pay for a new custom script and template to be made wich is in the progress now. Reason im paying for a new script im looking to compete with some of the bigger sites.

if you look at the ss for revenue it doesnt show the stats for the 1st because i pasted the ss in paint and it was 2 big for me to include the whole table in my screen. i think maybe u was comparing it to the 30th please re look at that

sorry lol most of my traffic comes from people giving people links to there files or posting on 3rd party sites. I do know that over 17% of all my site visitors add my site to there favs. i will take a few ss of the referer stats and post those asap

First off its a nice site, well coded and simple like it should be.

Second.... where is these YPN banners? I see google not YPN.

Third.... where is this ad revenue coming from? What page are they clicking so much? 2-8% clickthrough is quite large for a file host, I dont know any that have that kind of click rate. Most of my sites average 0.2-0.5% Where is your traffic clicking for this kind of ad performance?

Either yahoo pays way more than google, or your ads are in the perfect spots. I just look at the traffic number then the rev numbers and cant really see how.

Awstats does not record how many people actually added your site to their favorites, it simply takes a stab in the dark...

In my experiences with sites just like yours, with same ad placement, I have never recieved that higher CTR.

Could you please post referers? 8% CTR is very high...
Also could you please post the top 25 hosts (ip addresses) that have visited your site (blur the IP's if you like) but keep the requested pages and other info visible exactly like this please: http://picuploader.com/view/b1680c4fad.jpg Awstats will have this info.
