CheeseSteak.com last sold for $5,000 on 2013-03-19 at NameJet
Let's see what you think about the word "Cheez". (English is my third lenguage and I'm not really sure if it sounds bad at all haha)

I like it...spelling will be kinda a selling hit...but worth high XXX$...Develop it to all the cheese steak locations across the US...it could be like Yelp for only one foodie

Updatefeeds is decent, maybe mid xx- low xxx

Cheezsteaks has little to no value because it's misspelled. If you had to tell someone to visit the site, you'd have to explain "cheesesteak.com but cheese is spelled with a z instead of se"

I agree that selling the domain is a problem BUT not one that has not been don't hundreds of time. Develop it and will sell on Flippa for good money.
