In a situation like that, will not get any prompt help or any help at all.

The domain was not that valuable for me, despite many people knew it, but will change.

But this shows everything. Should be crazy to move a premium domain here > 15 usd.
And tldes is very risky.

You are hiding your suspicious community's domain name & tg name, though you claom many people knew it.

Its very obvious what you are doing.

Yes. The community he/she says sounds suspicious and moreover not willing to share any info which clearly shows all the signs of a .........

Obviously people would have reported the site if there was suspicious codes, tips, hacks shared through that.

yea... a member who pops up once per blue moon to post a registrar is fraud in some manner or another always ended up u know how.

like I said the risk here is not taking 9k savings.

But this has nothing to do with how the company acts in a critical situation or how they behave.

I contacted this mail and requested abuse report. They never replied.
This is how they behave.
Luckily I am not that crazy to put here domains I bought for 4k, 10k, 18k.... that would be disaster.

I believe its a domain you transferred in using the $5.5 discount offer. If yes, if its transferred out / pushed to another user within a an year the offer amount will be charged back.

Do the "Generate Invoice" link work for you guys? It hasn't worked for me for about a week now. When clicking the blue "Generate Invoice" link for a specific order, it turns grey and then nothing happens. Normally it downloads the invoice within seconds.

I have contacted support but they haven't fixed the problem yet.

There may be cases when a push is not related to any sale, what if I want to push it to my brother? sorry

So that the other person can transfer out without any additional fee / paying back the discounted amount at anytime if they had a sale or wanted to transfer out without any complication. (In fact he/she didnt get the offer in the first place).

I have sold 4 domains here at Namepros for almost the cost.
So paying $22 for pushing, is unfair.

What wouldn't be fair is saddling a new owner with the hidden costs of a promo they did not agree to.
