Unstopable domain transfer

How much does it cost to transfer a .com and .io domain name to Unstoppable Domains?

Also if the domain name is transferred into Unstoppable Domains and sells within a year, can it be transferred out to another registrar or does the buyer have to set up an account on Unstoppable Domains to take ownership of it?

Anyone having issue with UnstoppableDomians transfer window. This morning tried to transfer in couple of domains but transfer window is immediately shuting down upon my request so couldn't proceed.

kinda sucks.. I mean who has bug in transfer... its like the most important thing

and who got zero service on weekend
