- I do appreciate the appraisals though - I think I may have had it undervalued.
Anymore assistance in a fuller appraisal with possible sales figures are incredibly helpful guys.

as far as i know, once it expires, its age is reset in google's eyes so it as good as new

only thing that domain has is 3 good words in it

I understand for Search Engine purposes, the domain is a fresh reg, just like any other name caught from backorder (there obviously are exceptions to this rule, but another discussion).

Im simply stating that the domain name dates back as far as 99, I am not suggesting there is a continuous registration. This domain name was regged from what appears 99-2006 when it dropped, then picked back up in 2006.

Now my real question is, what is it worth? What should I expect to yield from a sale?

namebio has a similar URL sold (AmericanWebDeisgn.com) - it sold for $900 a few months ago at Afternic. Which is better? AmericanWebDesign.com or UniqueWebDesigns.com?

Wow, great. I appreciate the appraisal. I am being forced to reconsider this domain name, this is one of the first times where everyone thinks its worth more than I did. (usually its the other way around!). I will have to re-adjust my thinking about selling and will have to post it on Sedo. Appreciate the appraisal and have added rep.

I see you getting very high $xxx or maybe low $x,xxx. It is very nice and unique works very well with the words web designs. Most people want a unique web design. I would suggest trying to sell it to a big web design company or just list it on sedo and wait for them to come.
