There's an international organization which has the same abbreviation, but they use the uneval.org domain ... Zero chances you can get them to switch to an other domain.

Look for NGOs, contact them directly. With the right end user, low to mid $xxx.

Thanks for your appraisal. I thought the same, they would not change for uneg but maybe an redirect ? I am trying to be optmistic
I saw another one on the net (previous owner of the domain) Union Nationale des Etudiants en Gestion but they change now to uneg(.)fr

and another one: Universidad Nacional Experimental de Guayana but they use .edu.ve

I will try NGO's or universities as end users....
