That therein lays the problem...it's not developed, thus leaving it to the brandable, misspelled-with-a-"z" category. Unless you've got existing traffic which I doubt you do since you just registered it, then feeding a marketing plan into this would be a rough road because any audial advertisement would be lost to petdogs.com, an existing website.

Thanks for your appraisal.
I think of the brandability alone while registering.
Anyway I ll park for now & analyze whether the name is capable of getting any traffic.
